Hello, I'am Ray Lënard Brown, I am the Executive Producer and Writer of "83 Days".

 

"83 Days," is based on the true story of George Stinney Junior, a 14-year-old African American boy that was executed (by electrocution) in South Carolina in 1944 for crime that he did not commit. He is youngest to be executed in the 20th Century and this onscreen dramatization will also serve as an interpretation of a very relevant incident in African American history that has never been told.

We have successful produced a short film version of the film as proof of concept and it is our intention to produce the full length feature of 83 Days in the coming months.

 

To that end, we are interested in speaking with potential investor and distribution partners, theatrical and/or for television. The script and the budget are available upon request.
